Brandon has been absolutely amazing as our buyer's agent. He negotiated the price of our home and got us an amazing deal. There were some issues along the way, and he has been patient and worked hard to help the sellers and their agent get everything resolved for us, staying in contact with everyone and recommending needed services continuously for the last 6 months through the court system. He even helped me manage my anxiety effectively with regular updates whenever I asked. "You're spiraling, but it's ok. It'll be fine." Our property has to be one of the lower-end ones he's dealing with, but I am seeing no reduced customer service.
